Joanna and Jodi have an innovative and interactive website which allows
Internet users to look at listings and offers invaluable information to
assist in the home buying and selling process. The website is a constant
work in progress so because of its constant updates, the site gets
frequent traffic. Once a listing gets posted on the website the exposure
offers 24 hour advertising. All of their listings get instant exposure on

As far as general advertising is concerned, Jodi and Joanna continuously and
diligently market their properties every week until they are sold. Each
property is carefully studied and marketed appropriately. The benefit to
advertising with a RE/MAX agent is that the advertising is tailored
specifically to the client and his/her property. The marketing is designed
and paid for by the agent, which provides the client with a highly motivated and a
very entrepreneurial agent. Jodi and Joanna have sold every listing they have
ever marketed in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of profit because
they are highly motivated and very active agents. This team takes pride in providing
their clients with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
